Notice on Judgement Against Mr Simbi Phiri in Botswana
It is with great pleasure and jubilation to inform you that, after a year-long battle with the Botswana authorities, regarding the freezing of bank accounts belonging to Khato Civils Botswana and our Executive Chairman, Mr Simbi Phiri, the court has ruled that all the accounts in question be unfrozen with immediate effect. This judgement was delivered in Botswana High Court in Lobatse on 7th September 2017.

Syferfontein Mega city Development Project
The Gauteng Department of Human Settlements, with South Zambezi as the project management and design team, is the developer of the Syferfontein Project which lies to the west of Lenasia and southwest of Soweto. The project forms part of a conglomerate of residential areas in this region which includes Lenasia, Lawley, Protea Glen Extensions, Soweto, Lufhereng, Leratong and Kagiso.
Nandoni Dam Water Treatment Works
The Nandoni Dam is one the most reliable water supplies in Limpopo and for this reason it was chosen to design and build a 60ML/day Water Treatment Plant to supply water to the Malamulele Area as well as a clear water pipeline to Giyani. The plant design is being conducted using the latest software analyses packages to fast track design turnaround times. Modern technologies in water treatment suitable for the specific water characteristics are also employed.
